Cancellation & Refund Policy

CMD KH provides digital social-media services. Please review service details, quantity limits, target link, and price before payment.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only before it has been submitted to the service provider. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

If a paid order cannot be delivered because of a CMD KH or provider-side error, CMD KH will review the order and may offer a refund, replacement, or account credit where appropriate. Refunds are not available for an incorrect, private, deleted, or inaccessible customer-provided link, or where a service has already been delivered.

Service quality

Refill and guarantee terms are shown per service and follow the provider's stated terms. Results can vary by platform policies and account status.
